Quality Information

At Global Fasteners & Supply, you can expect timely delivery, excellent customer service and support, and also the highest quality. Currently quality procedures are designated to be in accordance to the requirements of the Amended Fastener Quality Act of 1999. In July of 2004, we will be certified under the ISO9001;2000 quality standards, although the standards are currently being applied.

Here at Global, we are concerned with maintaining the quality and traceability requirements needed to meet and exceed all current and potential customers expectations. Therefore, Global is able to perform dimensional verifications. SPC inspections and PPAPS’s are available upon request, which includes histograms and other inspection data. Also, we are willing to maintain record of prints received and Initial Sample Inspection Reports. Part traceability is available on all FQA and Non-FQA covered parts.

All gages are calibrated by an outside source and are certified to ISO/IEC 17025:1999 and ISO9001:2000 standards. All calibration is traceable to the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST).

Any quality issues that may arise are always addresses immediately and supported with a corrective action response and are resolved.
