Our certification is issued by Smithers Quality Assessments, an independent third-party registrar, and covers the distribution of fasteners and related items, assembly into hardware kits, and packaging — backed by documented evidence of consistent processes, continuous improvement, and measurable performance against customer requirements.
For our customers in manufacturing, OEM production, and industrial supply, that means our processes are auditable and repeatable, our 98.75% on‑time delivery rate is measured and verified, and our supplier qualification, receiving inspection, and order fulfillment procedures meet international quality standards.

When something falls short, we use a structured 8D Corrective Action System to find the root cause and prevent it from happening again — not just patch the immediate problem. Customer specifications are electronically controlled, so every order is built and inspected against the current, correct spec on file.

Between our in-house dimensional inspection and our network of ISO-approved supplier labs, every inspection type your parts need — material, functional, plating, and dimensional — is covered. We back it up with the paperwork to prove it: PPAP, plating reports, country-of-origin documentation, and certificates of conformance, all available on request.

We source from hundreds of suppliers, both domestic and international, every one of which goes through our ISO 9001 approval process and is graded for performance quarterly. Many of our supplier relationships go back to our founding in 1985. When a job calls for it, our supplier relationships let us bring a supplier's own engineers on-site to help with engineering and problem resolution — one more way we solve problems instead of just selling parts.
